Biografia:
Nasceu em Viçosa, Minas Gerais, aos 5 dias de março de 1969. Filho de Edir de Resende Ramos e João Lopes Ramos. Formou-se em Letras e Artes pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa e cursou Pós-graduação em Língua Inglesa.
